Hot power pressure jet monoblock burners (with Honeywell controls) type fm are ideally suited for firing capacity upto 250 kg/hr. the burners are highly efficient and reliable. The oil in these monoblock burners is fed to the burner by a high pressure gear oil pump through solenoid valve. Air is supplied by centrifugal blower & firing is initiated by an in-built spark ignition system. As the required heat output is obtained, the external control element of these monoblock burners actuates and the burner stops or goes to low flame.
The Series 72 Modutrol Motors are used to control dampers and valves. These Modutrol motors accept a current or voltage signal from an electronic controller to position a damper or valve at any point between open and closed.
These are spring-loaded gas regulator filters with inlet pressure compensation and zero shut-off. The outlet pressure of this gas regulator filters is kept constant with changing gas flow as a function of the spring setting. The zero shut-off prevents the outlet pressure from increasing when there is no gas flow through the regulator.

The C7027A, C7035A, C7044A and C7927A Minipeeper® Ultraviolet Flame Detectors detect the ultraviolet radiation emitted by combustion flames. The flame detectors are used with Honeywell flame safeguard controls to provide flame supervision for gas, oil, or combination gas-oil burners.
The gas burner control box is designed for maximum safety in case of fluctuations in the voltage supply. If the mains voltage drops below the permitted level, operation is interrupted and the control box automatically prevents the start sequence from being repeated. In this way, the safety of the system is not put at risk by a drop in the mains voltage. The gas burner control box and the monitoring function which it performs are not negatively affected by occasional stray ignition sparks jumping to the ionization electrode. The TFI 812.2 gas burner control box is capable of controlling and monitoring atmospheric gas burners. They have been tested and approved as per DIN 4788 part 3 edition 04.89 and with the European standard EN 298. Our gas burner control box is also suitable for use with stationary warm air generators.
The Honeywell EC/RM7830, EC/RM7850 Relay Module is a microprocessor-based integrated burner control for automatically fired gas, oil, or combination fuel single burner on/off (EC/RM7830A) or full modulation (EC/RM7850A) power burner applications. The EC/RM7830A or EC/RM7850A system consists of the relay module, wiring sub base, amplifier and purge card. Options include the keyboard display module (KDM), personal computer interface, Data ControlBus™ Module, and Combustion System Manager® Software. The KDM can be mounted on the relay module or on the face of a panel door. The KDM can also be remotely mounted from the panel if this is approved for the application. The basic functions of the EC/RM7830A, EC/RM7850A relay module includes automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status indication, system or self-diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
